Dejo este como el BUG principal!
Se cayo el servidor de archivos (1 pendrive murió de los que estaban usándose) y cuando se respaldo el segundo pendrive el primero también murió.

Se actualizo el sistema del servidor de archivos (FreeNAS 11.0.1) y se cargo una versión antigua de la base de datos.

Falta Actualizar a la version FreeNAS 11.1 ; y restaurar la BD de la ultima versión.

Se restauro la BD! Proceso de recuperación documentado en 
Bug 2787 - Recuperar la configuración de FreeNAS ( naso.fenf.edu.uy ) desde los pendrives averiados

Se instalo la ultima versión con la BD! Documentado en:
Bug 2786 - re - Instalar FreeNAS en naso
