Se actualzai el sistema operativo.
La impresora le cambiaron el toner y sigue sin responder.
Es común aveces en este modelo.
Dice toner bajo y esta pausada

Solucion :

# Abril la tapa
# Opriminos el boton borra hasta que salga el mensaje:
      Cambiar tomer 
# Oprimimos la tecla verde INICIO
# Pantalla queda negra 
# Con el cursor + subimos hasta llegar al numero 11
# Pulsamos la tecla OK 
# Cerramos la tapa ..... Listo
