Aparentemente se demoran o directamente no llegan.
Los usuarios prueban autoenviarse correos desde cuentas externas y no obtiene respuesta. 
Han sido varios los usuarios que me han reclamado esto en el 3ero.

Correos locales llegan, ej.: los msj de BUGS
