Luego de varias vueltas, encontramos que es el tecaldo, alguna tecla presionada (P) no permite bootear
Se desconecta el teclado y enciende.
Se respalda info 
rsync -nb-gateway-44
se prueban otras formas
El notebook lo usaba G.Hernandez.
