Mariela, encontramos la solución al problema de tu notebook, cuando puedas lo bajas para que lo arreglemos.

# sudo apto install alsa-ucm-conf
# sudo apt install alsa-topología-conf
reinicio 
# systemctl -i

pavucontrol -> ok
Coonfig-> audio -> ok
